      Pros

      Culture is the biggest one, big on family and safety. I've worked at competitors and no one cares about you or your home life. They just shove you out on the road until you're fed up. Premier works hard to make sure the jobs they get fit the people they staff it with. Benefits and perks are great. Training is great.

      Alot of drive time, fact of life in the midwest Alot more financial orientation lately
