Business is financially stable. Conveniently located. Lots of customer business. Very good factory background. Very clean building. Great place to work three years ago.

Cons

Everything else. Including, poor management, Low pay. Pay cuts. No opportunity for advancement. False promises. Upper management corrupt. Favoritism of employees at every level.
