Pros
Great work environment. Nearly every coworker and all the managers were very nice and pleasant to work with. Promotions are common if you're good at the job.
Cons
Pay could have been better. Similar roles in other companies pay more.

Pros
Premier offers you a lot of room for growth when it comes to enabling you to learn how to balance a heavy work load. If you make it clear what your goals are and have a steady performance they are more than happy to work with you on getting you to your goals and helping you grow.
Cons
Some expectations can be a bit high when it comes to the work load and meeting other metrics. These metrics determine your bonus which unfortunately you can not challenge the numbers are the numbers. Account load per administrator is very high which can at times be overwhelming.
