Citious is small startup with a great product & big dreams, coworkers are really nice people

Cons

Like the Pro the company is a tiny startup, so the salaries are low.

Pros

-Great Health care package -Some Growth Opportunities -Tries to promote employee unity with events & year end giveaways -Lots of contacts with larger vendors/customers you can take with you.

Cons

-Very small growth potential -Pay is sub par compared to industry -Very Chinese company culture. (bonus are paid out at Chinese new year)
