Hours and some personnel. Unfortunately more cons than pros

Cons

Abusive setting, Management does not do anything. No matter the amount of complaints nothing is done and the people who raise concerns get retaliated against or better yet terminated.

Fairly well compensated with appreciative patients.

Cons

Toxic work environment, blatant favoritism, tolerant of drug abuse in the work environment, employees are practicing outside ther scope of practice and jeopardixing patient safety and care.

Lazy support staff, corporate political quagmire, promotions to unqualified people, reverse racism abounds
