      Decent PTO and family oriented. I have enjoyed working for Premise.

      No sick leave, as a single mother, that can be hard.

      Premise Health is a great company with a good workplace culture! They value their employees, offer good benefits and competitive pay. I also love that they care about DEI.

      Cons

      Hard to find any cons. The only thing I don’t love is the yearly review process, it can be a lot.
