      Pros

      Great people to work with. Good vacation benefits.

      Cons

      To much last minute overtime. Management has seen a lot of changes and doesn't currently seem to be on the same page about important items.

      Pros

      Great starting salary, efficient support from corporate, easy on boarding processes.

      Cons

      Health benefits cost a fortune, site directors have conflict of interest with clients, no advocacy for employees, priorities change daily, focus is on the bottom line and data.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, team building opportunities, online training is available with CEU credit, IT development team are very helpful when issues arise.

      Cons

      Upper managment needs to support leaders at the onsite clinics better. Human Resources needs to be more responsive to issues with direct supervisor, especially when there are multiple complaints about communication and negative coaching techniques. EMR system needs to be improved.
