The people I work with respect life/work balance and have a mentality of "get the work done" as opposed to punching a clock. I feel supported and enjoy the people in my work area. From what I see and hear this company is heading in the right direction and I'm glad to be along for the ride.

Fellow nurses are supportive and work together as a team.

Cons

Poor management who lack leadership skills, lack integrity, disrespect their staff, and are dishonest, creating a total lack of trust with employees. No collaborative effort shown to support their team.
