Pros

Premise has great culture, a great CEO, and great benefits including an onsite health center and pharmacy employees and dependents can use free of charge. There is always something new to learn and departments are rather cross functional and collaborative.

Cons

Upper level management sees VERY little turn over so it's very difficult to move up at Premise Corporate. Premise is also very growth focused, which causes a lot of processes to be reactive rather than proactive. This can be frustrating as a team member.
