      One of the best teams I’ve worked with. No weekends, holidays. Out the door by 4 pm.

      Micromanagement, favoritism, discrimination and retaliation if you follow the chain of command and report wrong doing

      Great benefits and pay. Supervisors are awesome. Owner awesome

      Cons

      It's all about politics here. RCM department leadership sucks. If you are not liked you don't love up. And there are lay offs and more to come.
