Good mission, good people, reasonable autonomy. The culture when I was there was a bit traditional but wanted to be forward-leaning.

Cons

The pace of change was slow, and the place is a bit traditional in terms of technology choices, the types of software they are building.

Paid very well and the benefits were good but we were not offered the union benefits even though we were working for a union company.

Cons

Management was not helpful. The manager left not shortly after I did.
