      Great schedule, resources, and love my team. They are supportive of continuing education and career advancing opportunities.

      Cons

      Medical insurance not great...sad considering we work in health care.

      Pros

      Premise Health makes the effort to live their vision, mission and cultural beliefs. They seem to actually want their employees to be happy, successful and fulfilled in their careers. Although they are not perfect senior management makes attempts to correct their flaws. The field staff are engaged and dedicated to patient care and client needs. Compensation and benefits are comparable to other companies.

      Cons

      Does not offer tuition reimbursement Sometimes it is difficult to navigate communication between Corporate office and field. There are a few lingering cliques from legacy companies which can be construed as favoritism and present a difficult path for advancement.
