      Pros

      Strong strategic vision, along with top notch CEO, CHRO, COO, and CFO. These leaders genuinely care about their business, their employees and the success of everyone in the company. The services and products offered to clients are also innovative.

      Cons

      Would be better if headquarters was located in one building, and would be great if we had more fresh food selections in break areas, and better coffee.

      Pros

      They compensate well and offer chances to quickly move up in the company.

      Cons

      The training was awful. There is tons of information thrown at the employee early on. The headquarters is out of Tennessee and you feel disconnected once the trainers leave.
