      Low patient load, access to dietary counselors

      Cons

      Promised increase in work hours never happened in almost 2 years. Horrible proprietary EMR system that did not safe my visit notes. Technical issues were blamed on user rather than faulty system. Staff threatened patients online and was not fired. Staff too busy at the vending machine or out picking up lunch to do their job. Complaints about staff hiding from their duties were ignored by management. Was expected to see COVID patients but vaccine was not made available to providers.

      Invest in employee health benefits and benefits outside of the norm

      Cons

      Micromanaging, no flexibility , unpaid maternity leave , cares way more about the client than employee retention.

      None that I can think of... run like hell the other way

      Dishonest about pay, benefits, and the onboarding and training are a joke
