      Best Place I've Worked in Years

      Pros

      Very open, committed and energetic employees from management on down. Very mission driven with strong focus on quality of service and maintaining great corporate culture. I'm fairly paid, expectations for work delivery are reasonable, and co-worker and management are great people. No backstabbing or gossip clubs!!! Strong emphasis on creating a healthy workplace for healthy people. Company motto - Get Stay and Be Well!!!

      Cons

      Even though a large company the corporate footprint is not huge. Opportunities for advancement are available but not fast enough for some. There are challenges due to the merger of multiple organizations and resolving those differences is sometimes painfully slow.
