      Pros

      Opportunities to work for the clients of big companies and work with a great medical staff.

      Cons

      Terrible health insurance. Lower pay. Middle management micro-manages with roles they do not know how to do. Leadership from quality leaders is lacking. Management is not interested in employee growth and does not support the staff. Since the "merger", the company has let go of great employees from CHS and kept the employees from the Take Care side. The quality of the company has lessened. Morale is low. Culture and values expressed by the company do not match the work environment.
