Great Pay and Benefits. Employees are great to work with.

Cons

The company does not tell you all of your roles in the position before you are hired. They do not stand by their employees unless you are a manager. If you are not a good employee, they will keep you forever. If you do your job, go above and beyond for the company, and have excellent customer service skills they will terminate you without any warning. Customer Satisfaction is supposed to be the companies #1 sales pitch, it is NOT !!

Great office and wonderful team

Cons

Leadership are toxic!!! They are vindictive, & are not held accountable to any of their games. There is no communication from them with changes or anything that is pertinent to our office needs.

Co-workers at the clinic, the client, pay (if you don't deduct all the overtime hours needed to complete your job), PTO

Cons

Management, Benefits (now requiring employees to fill their long-term prescriptions through Premise Health's personal mail-order pharmacy), 401K match isn't great, insurance is average (has a lot of medication exclusions).
