      Premise is a Great place to work!

      Pros

      The office I work in with Premise Health is small and like family which makes our days enjoyable. Premise Health is very supportive of their employees and communication with management is always positive and encouraging.

      Cons

      The only thing that comes to mind for cons is that there has been a constant turnover of DCO's for our office and we don't get to make a strong connection with each one before we are given a new DCO.

      Great hours working in an on-site clinic. No weekends. Paid holidays and PTO. Great pay!

      Not a lot of room for advancement. Health benefits could be better.
