      Friendly Team Environment but Not Competitive Pay and Benefits

      Pros

      Great environment of the team and flexibility of schedule and requesting time off overall. The work in this department at least is fairly relaxed with great work-life balance. There is opportunity to really impact the procedures of your team/work.

      Cons

      Guidelines for procedures are sometimes be worded confusingly and hard to find. Pay and benefits are bare minimum/livable for professional jobs but not competitive by any means. The teams are fairly small here so coverage can sometimes be fairly sparse.
