      Pros

      Very competitive pay. Invest in me and my future career (annual CEU budget, pay for my licensing in additional states, etc.). Strong leadership and support from the top down. Organized system and structure. Amazing benefits. Never ever take work home.

      Cons

      A remote option would be helpful but not essential. I prefer in-person visits with the majority of my patients anyways.
