Some great aspects, some aspects do not support top provider retention

Pros

Fair market value re: pay, management is hands off, solid PTO even in the first year, granted autonomy/not micromanaged, good tools and software, not overly meeting-heavy, ability to learn and grow with continuing ed funds

Cons

Overly metrics-driven and oriented goals- at times at the cost of high quality pt care, benefits are lackluster (insurance is particularly bad for being a healthcare company), no sick time granted (especially rough for parents of young kids), substandard mat/pat leave, bare minimum 401k match, little opportunities for advancement in salary or title promotion, no flexibility to WFH in roles where it would be possible
