      Pros

      I love working for Premise. I have never worked for a larger company before, and I am having a great experience. My supervisors are amazing!

      Cons

      With it being a larger company, there are a lot of hoops to jump through just to get a simple task accomplished.

      How you like the job depends on where you are

      Pros

      Love my clinic site, coworkers, and patients. Have the tools and support I need to do my job well. Good stipend for continuing education, good effort to connect remote workers with peers. I love that the company values DEIB despite the current political atmosphere where most corporations have zero moral courage.

      Cons

      Typical healthcare corporation. Heavy on admin and management positions who pull in the big pay and credit for the work their providers do under them.
