      Great team to work with. They care about the patients and each other.

      Cons

      Terrible management from the top to bottom. No communication or professionalism from leadership. The benefits are terrible.

      Autonomy in work environment. Opportunity to cross the street for an espresso.

      Cons

      The company is too top heavy with all these ideals, but like Maslow's hierarchy we can't reach the top of the pyramid because we are drowning at the bottom.
