      Constant office gossip Lack of professionalism, talking about patients openly amongst staff Poor leadership, to busy trying to be everyone’s friend, favoritism Few growth opportunities Required to work late during campaigns and at least one night per week, depends on clinic Excessive call in’s of staff Disconnect between corporate and clinics Discrepancies in pay and paid time off that have not been resolved
