      Lots of opportunities to advance, ability to make in impact in members lives in a changing healthcare environment, many learning and development opportunities, and more.

      Cons

      Pay is better than other comparable roles, but wish the annual increase would grow or the education stipend would increase.

      The care is consistently patient-centered and highly efficient, and quality focused. The providers go above and beyond setting a standard of care that surpasses what is in the work force. The focus is Quality not so much Quantity

      Cons

      Limited growth for experienced Nurse Practitioners and you often feel "forced" to go the traditional management route Offer more competitive salary to commensurate with the cost of living in the city and state you work in not just the same across the board. The cost of living in higher in certain states
