      The direct management team are horrible. They tend to promote unqualified people just because they know them.

      Easy work, average pay, fair pto

      Cons

      Adds extra tasks and jobs without raises, try to give bare minimum for raises even if your performance review is great, company does not care about health of patients, just what toyota would like to do. It's a contract company for toyota so no guarantee of a job if they lose the bid, which they redo yearly.

      Pros

      Better pay rate than some places, reimbursement for CE’s was good.

      Cons

      Started out with good intentions and great mission statements. Since COVID things have changed coming from top down and metrics seems to be their biggest concern.
