Compared to big box gyms and other fitness careers, there are little to none. I would choose this over commercial fitness any day.

Co-workers at the clinic, the client, pay (if you don't deduct all the overtime hours needed to complete your job), PTO

Cons

Management, Benefits (now requiring employees to fill their long-term prescriptions through Premise Health's personal mail-order pharmacy), 401K match isn't great, insurance is average (has a lot of medication exclusions).

- thorough onboarding and training - great work environment - the entire team is engaged and working towards a goal - motivating team and energy - great benefits and workplace perks

Cons

I am a new employee, but have not noticed any cons. It is a great environment that is very motivating and pushing towards a collective goal.
