The Benefits are the only thing good about working for this company.

Cons

For a company that preaches about the team member experience is a joke. A company that preaches about engaged leaders, a positive work environment, growth opportunities, and trusted leadership is nothing this company stands for. There is NO trusted leadership. They talk with your manager and not to you directly about your problem. If you have a problem with your manager no one cares they instead make you miserable in a horrible work environment and HR, VPs, AVPs do nothing. They trust upper leadership and employees who do the work. And all the "Best Places to Work" is NOT actually facts because Managers can see if you rated the company and send out daily reminders to fill it out. And if you don't fill it out, then they pressure you to do it with them in a meeting, forcing you to give them a good rating because they see what your rating is.
