I am a third party contractor through Premise. Therefore, I really can't speak of any pros

Cons

Premise does not offer us any of the same perks as regular company employees which seems a little unfair. They don't listen to any issues we (third party employee) have with the "account" we work for. I don't feel like they really have our back.
