      -Honest & valuable work. -Great entry level experience into IT work. -Good coworkers and good manager.

      Cons

      -Policies and duties are always changing and expanding. Ever growing list of duties and responsibilities. Expected to learn and know a lot, but pay raises are cents. -No upward mobility. You can be stuck in this position for many years.
