      Pros

      Good benefits including health, vacation, 401K.

      Cons

      Thousands of policy rules on their site, however, rules don't apply if you offend a co-worker. If accused of hurting someone's feelings, you are automatically guilty - no one believes the accused. Quality care and compassion for patients is not taken into consideration.
