Mismanaged Accounts, Broken Promises

Pros

Literally none, do not work here unless you've got nothing else.

Cons

Accounts are mismanaged, often a very stark break in communication between this 3rd party and the client account. Managers often have no idea what the client is doing and vice versa. Broken promises regarding bonuses, this company will alter sales goals and KPIs to avoid paying bonuses at all costs, even going so far as to purposefully skew data. The company's ultimate goal is to please the client, not actually accomplish the goals the client sets out for them. Often they will hide issues from the client, and live by the adage that there isn't a problem until someone brings it up (then that person or group becomes the problem, and is gotten rid of instead of addressing the actual issues).

Thank you for your review. Bonuses and raises vary greatly from program to program and are of course rewarded based on employee performance. Thank you for everything you do for Premium.

Don't do it

Pros

Work alone, nothing else was good.

Cons

No training, basically you better know what your doing. Constant emails asking to help with other stores. Wal-Mart dept 82 managers doing your job and then having to clean up the mess, if you schedule yourself for 5 hrs plan on going to other store cause you never get your hrs in at one store. Area managers are basically worthless, you never hear from them unless they need help and if you miss a day watch your hrs get cut off your schedule. Worst company I have ever worked for.
