Pros

Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule

Cons

-Travel a lot and I was only paid between stores which they would make sure was as close as possible in very empty stores that didn't have business. With all the miles I put on my vehicle and up keep it drastically reduced what I was getting paid. Took me an hour to get to store A, store B was 5 min away and hour drive home. -There was a contest held for 3 months for selling as many QLED TV's in your territory. Spent a lot of time with customers and became buddy-buddy with Best Buy associates to build trust to help sell the QLED TV's (Which are far from the most premium TV's) and I won the contest. About a month later still didn't get the TV and family issue was presented and had to take a leave of absence which resulted in me having to leave the company. The company wouldn't send me the TV I won saying you cant have it if you take a leave of absence. Requested the rules of the contest from HR which had no where on the form that If I left or took a leave of absence a month after winning would I not get the TV I worked so hard to win. -Boring ...

Pros

Good pay, easy work, no supervision.

Cons

If you live in a small town, prepare to drive far. Sudden changes in management. Random email "we are to stop all work for Google Chromebook in Walmart this weekend and until further notice. " Basically, you have no job security, engagements canceled with ONE DAY NOTICE.
