Work independently

Pros

It's an okay place if you enjoy working independently which I do. The work orders are on your phone so everything is done then input and submitted via phone. There payments for every photo required to submit. Some gigs pay more per hour than others but $10.00 per hour is the minimum for merchandiser position.

Cons

Low pay and part time. There are peak times when there's too much work then valleys when there's minimal hours.

Thanks for writing this review! We agree the independent work our field team takes on is a huge perk. For part-time positions, recruiters make candidates aware that hours may fluctuate based on a number of factors, which is why Premium is a great place for flexibility and incremental income. We also encourage reps to speak with their manager if they're able to take on more work.

Pros

hahahahahahahaha none, absolutely zero....

Cons

oh where to start? we have no keys we need to rely on walmart management to get us our phones that we need to sell. by the time we get the phone we already lose our sale meanwhile my boss is on everyones case for not selling anything. also we dont get paid commission we get paid per transaction which equals up to pretty much nothing if you think about it, when our main phones we sell are Iphones. we're getting ripped off by a shoddy company average commission for a salesman is 3.5-4.5% so on a $1000 phone we should make 35-45 instead we beg for 10. no wonder i dont care if i sell anything, for real. ohhhhhhhhh and we get these training modules that pop up that we need to do on our days off. i could understand once in awhile but ive been at this company for awhile and i get one about every week so i need to take time out of my life, on my day off (because we cant do this on a scheduled working day) to do this stupid training. ohhh and its fraudulent too!!! it often says its scheduled 6 hours credit, yet it tells us we cant take more than 2.75 hours worth of time. even though with all the videos we have to watch because we get quizzed on is closer to 6. yall ceos really need to step up your game, because right now im praying you go bankrupt.
