The flexibility and autonomy make it easy to have a work-life balance and to feel empowered to do quality work. There is a culture of really caring about you as a human. Your opinions and ideas matter although they can't always be followed.

Cons

Being fully remote creates communication challenges and makes it harder to create strong connections.
