Friendly and happy co-workers 3 day weekends Management that shows respect and cares Pot-lucks Christmas parties with cash give-a-ways Payed sick time Extended time off at Christmas and Thanksgiving Safety awards and prizes They feed you often Tuition reimbursement Profit sharing The list goes on...

Cons

I have not experienced any cons worth mentioning in my short time with Prent. That said, the hours are long and that might not be for you. For me it's worth the three day weekends.

Pros

Pay was good, and paid vacation.

Cons

Management is a joke. There is no open door policy like they claim. They say a four day work week, but you work most fridays. A lot of two faced people, management and otherwise. A lot of lazy people who do the bare minimum so other people can do twice as much. A lot of people play favorites.

I enjoyed working here very much. The training was very good and pay was nice. Employees were friendly and helpful. Hours were good.

Cons

Not much room for growth.
