Pros: - Amazing work environment - A boss who's always ready to have your back even after company departure - Top earners don't gatekeep how they make their money, everyone eats - Your pay is what you earn - The incentive in the company is amazing - Free trips - Amazing vending machine that sometimes gives you free things - Fun company games in the morning to get you all fired up - LOOOADS more.

Cons: - Sometimes you will have days where your location Isn't the best - Homeowners will get to you if you don't have tough skin - Stay away from the guy who eats uncrustables everyday in the morning he's a secret agent sent by aliens!

Worst job I have ever worked in my life They sell you a dream and it's pretty easy to sniff out lol I had a sales manager smack his amex on the table for him to say, "working here will give you the ability to do this" Door to door sales which they don't tell you in the interview process They get up and make you do a dance in front of the office, weird!

I have received an in depth training with people always willing to help. It is always an encouraging and positive environment with fun people and great office events. The schedule gives a lot of freedom for projects as well as keeping up with every day tasks. Lots of diversity and inclusion at the company.

Cons

Job requires lots of organizational and time management skills.
