      To gain knowledge for short term experience

      Cons

      many things but career growth is limited. only link works in promotion. Working with presidio limits you to apply for job with various vendor which is huge cons.

      Pros

      Toxic work environment, ability to work 20 hours per day. These are the best things I can find to say about my employer.

      Cons

      Long hours, changing priorities, manager out east but staff doing all the work in Texas. Accounting and finance are a complete disaster - we were public before and didn't change how we did business when we were acquired by Presidio and went private...then public again. Why are you making this so hard? Stop micromanaging, give clear direction and let us get our work done. There is a reason that people are leaving in droves, not just in accounting. All of the good people have left and the ones who remain are all looking. NO IT support unless you are friends with someone - most of IT (help desk) has either been laid off or has quit.
