      Good local managers. Good environment. Plenty of training.

      Cons

      Pay could have been more competitive. Local office had too many highly skilled engineers and couldn't keep them all busy with challenging work (got boring quickly). They've lost some of that Presidio (Coleman) shine that made them stand out as a true engineering firm. Now, instead of the focus being on the top solution, it's on the top margins.
