      Family like atmosphere, flexible schedules and work life balance. Collaborative environment and opportunities for go getter types to keep learning.

      Cons

      Pay and bonus program could be better. You likely won't get a raise every year and not guaranteed when you get promoted either.

      family like environment, good vacation time, good overall morale

      the other companies don't share information very well, no process for references and they are often hard to come by, no regular raise can go several years without one.
