      Pros

      The overall management team seems to be well focused. Local management good to work with. Great co workers and environment.

      Cons

      There were not many downsides for the years employed. May be getting too many processes but that's just part of getting big.

      Pros

      Top Sales and engineers have good upside potential. Most are professional, intelligent, good people to work with. Company is doing well, growing.

      Cons

      Benefits are average in terms of medical and PTO, but they do match some 401k. They have been around for a while so a lot of the better accounts are taken.
