      Great jumping off point for an IT career. Friendly staff. Laid back atmosphere.

      management is decent, upper management is good, CEO seems to be good

      Not enough Engineering resources, In western territories, especially California, business in the Northern part of the state is very much non-existent, 90 percent of the business is in pacific northwest and new mexico. It could be a lot better, training is very light, too much of a heavy focus on utilization in which engineers need to be about 75-80% utilized to get a paltry bonus, lots of talk about cross-training on new technologies, but little action unless you are one of the star engineering, part of the pecking order, project management is horrible, too much focus on process that leads to inefficiency and in-fighting
