Pros
More often than not, you end up leaving on time and your manager is very understanding if you are sick and have to take a day off. Over time, you are expected to be able to deal with issues yourself, but the team is always there to assist if you are struggling. Everybody is very friendly. Depending on the type of job, you can telecommute but you are still expected to show up in the office and are encouraged to do so.
Cons
The health insurance is good, but the overall cost is not. You have an exceedingly high total deductible before you get 100% coverage, and that is on the best plan available. Dental and vision is OK. Did not feel there was much or any opportunity for advancement.
