      Pros

      I love working for Presidio. It took me a couple years to finally make the jump but I am glad i did. I love working with a close knit team and I know I can depend on the people around me.

      Cons

      There are a lot of policies to learn.

      I love this job!

      Pros

      The company provides a fantastic competitive salary and benefits. The structure is very good with respect to work/life balance and the team is amazing! I have not worked for a company this awesome in my 17 year Career. I love my boss, my team, my work arrangements and this has been the best opportunity of my career.

      Cons

      This company is doing supremely well and I couldn't be happier. No Cons at all! I wouldn't even type in this box aside from the fact that I have to type out 20 words minimum.

      Good company with some challenges in management.

      Pros

      flexible work from home schedule. Good people, office culture varies from location to location and is a reflection of the GM. If they are pleasant then the office has a good vibe, the opposite also applies. Good benefits and fair pay.

      Cons

      some management personnel are not qualified to handle people. Lacking internal training program. As Presidio has grown by acquisition, there has been some cultural challenges btw the selling company and Presidio. Resources can be limited at times.
