      Pros

      Presidio has put together a team of the best people in the industry. When you combine this with working with the best manufacturers, you end up with a combination that is hard to beat.

      Cons

      The comradely and team building that happens at a local level doesn't always translate well to a company wide scale. This is getting better, however it still feels very siloed and isolated regionally at times.

      Can portray themselves as a progressive professional organization

      Cons

      Very opposed to diversity and prone to racial comments. Unorganized and sometimes unethical hiring practices. Not a great HR department. Only provide flexibility and work/life balance to people they like.
