      Went down hill since US acquisition of Irish company

      Pros

      Hybrid working a plus, good peer support structure. Health insurance. Smart helpful people at ground level.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management, when they do finally communicate something, the content is of no interest to most staff. The company slashed the Christmas gift voucher amount down to practically nothing using the excuse now we're a bigger US company so can't be as generous anymore. Company only cares about sales and even rewards poor sales behaviour, IT always suffer the consequences - questionable contract gets signed then it's left to IT to sort through the mess they copy and pasted into the agreement which has been signed. Will need to fight for your pay review every year.

      Co-workers are let go without any warning. Here today, gone tomorrow. You can make quota and still be fired without any notice.
