      Presidio is an engineer focused company, if you are a talented engineer you will likely be treated very well. Presidio is constantly evolving to try and improve. Breaking down walls is practically encouraged!

      Cons

      Things can get pretty disorganized sometimes, but overall the organization does have a clear directive.

      I’ve had a positive experience working with my company. The management team is supportive, providing the resources and guidance needed for me to be efficient in my role. There are ample opportunities to learn, grow, and face new challenges, making it a rewarding place to work.

      One downside is that it can take some time for changes to happen, but as with anything, it’s important to be patient.
