In response to your recent Glassdoor feedback regarding your post-merger experience at Cloudix and Presidio, we sincerely appreciate your insights and would like to address the issues you've raised. After the merger, our leadership made it a priority to offer abundant opportunities for all employees, especially those needing support in enhancing their technological skills. Significant time was involved in technical learning and development to ensure that everyone had the opportunity to excel in the evolving environment. While it's regrettable that some employees felt they were unable to meet expectations despite the extensive support provided, we recognize that each person's journey is unique. We respect their decisions to pursue other opportunities and wish them well in their future endeavours. On a positive note, we are delighted to share that few other team members enthusiastically embraced our performance improvement initiatives and have seen significant growth as a result.
