Pros

Co-workers were nice to work with.

Cons

The pay is poor. There is a major inconsistency with upper management. Employees were forced to work over time. The work/life balance was extremely poor.

Pros

The commitment to service at Pressley Ridge is resolute. If you are committed to help others this is the organization for you. The values of the organization and mission is strong. The challenges are significant as are the opportunities to build resilience and compassion.

Cons

You will be challenged. Pressley Ridge doesn't shy aware from doing what ever it takes to serve individuals. The Peace Corp adage fits, this will be the "toughest job you will love".
