Pros

Spiritually fulfilling job that you'll be glad you held. Developing personal relationships with youths is it's own reward and I had the experience of working with an amazing team and great clinical staff.

Cons

Pay is not great. Politics are always a factor and supervisor support was minimal. The health plan requires you to use in-network sources which are very limited.

Pros

I believe the folks at the Operations Center really do mean well and want to put the kids and families first. The trainings were always excellent.

Cons

My time at Pressley Ridge was fairly toxic. I worked in residential. The employees and management struggled to see eye-to-eye and the tension was palpable at times. I'm grateful I got out when I did.
